Shipping, returns, the fine print.

Drift's World is a small-batch, print-on-demand drop. Every piece is made when you order it — that shapes how shipping, returns, and refunds work below. Plain English, no tricks.

Shipping

Each order is printed and fulfilled by our manufacturing partner (Printful). Production takes 3–5 business days from the moment your order clears. After that it ships standard mail.

  • Domestic (US): 3–7 business days after shipping.
  • International: 7–14 business days. We ship to Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, and Italy at MVP — more countries coming as we expand.
  • Tracking: you'll get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships.

Customs duties for international orders are the customer's responsibility; rules vary by country.

Returns & refunds

Because every piece is printed when you order it (not pulled from a warehouse), we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or size changes — there's no resale market for a hoodie printed with the design you picked.

What we do cover:

  • Defective items:holes, stitching errors, print misalignment, faded print, torn fabric. Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll reprint and reship free.
  • Wrong item shipped: wrong size, wrong color, wrong design. Same 30-day window — we'll send the right one.
  • Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 14 days domestic / 30 days international, write us and we'll reship.

What we can't cover: buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, change of mind. Sizing info is on each product page — please measure before ordering.

Refunds (when applicable) go back to the original Stripe payment method within 5–10 business days.

Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to fulfill your order. Specifically:

  • Name, email, shipping address, phone: collected by Stripe Checkout, forwarded to our manufacturing partner so they can print and ship.
  • Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • Order history: we keep what you bought and when, so we can resolve disputes and ship reprints if needed.

We don't sell or share your data with anyone except the manufacturing partner that needs it to ship your order. No ad networks, no email lists you didn't opt into.

You can request deletion of your customer record any time — email the address below.

Terms

  • By placing an order, you confirm you're at least 18 (or have a parent / guardian's consent) and the shipping address you provided is valid.
  • All designs are the property of Drift's World. The garment is yours after purchase, but you can't resell mass quantities or reproduce the artwork for resale.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case we'll refund you in full. (Rare — usually only if something flags as fraudulent.)
  • Prices and product availability can change without notice. Once you've placed an order, the price you saw is the price you pay — no retroactive changes.
  • We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. The standard ceiling on any individual claim is the amount you paid for that order.
